Estimates were sent in a very timely manner to me via a text message. They were able to come out the next day and completely upgrade my system. It was my choice to upgrade. There was no pressure to do so. In fact in the estimate they gave me a good, better, best estimate to select from. They were very thorough in explaining how the system and operation worked. I’ve already recommended them to my neighbor. Updated review 09/23/24 I have not had any issues with my garage door since the original install. However, about a week ago I could hear and then I could see; that the chain had come loose. I had an additional question as well about the door sensors and my keypad thus I contacted Dr. Door. They were great and helped me initially over the phone to keep my door operational. They came out today to do an inspection and routine maintenance. They were very thorough and patient in explaining what all had occurred and what they had done to resolve it. Ultimately the chain had come loose so they tightened it. There was no issue with the sensors. I was just unaware of their color representation so they were fine . And we simply reprogrammed the keypad and it operates fine now. They were here exactly on time. I appreciate their service and will continue my business with them in the future.

He assessed the issue quickly, told me what the problem was, provided a solution and showed me prices within 5 minutes of arriving.
