In todays world it’s rare to meet someone with such awesome customer service and communication skills. He was extremely friendly AND knowledgeable. He offered so much information beforehand that I really didn’t even have to ask any questions. He was fast too. I sent a message through FB on Saturday and he messaged back the same day and then called me on SUNDAY. I was scheduled on Tuesday, only 2 days later. It’s obvious he truly cares about making his customers happy. He has a lifetime customer in me!

I am amazed that a business owner would help me fix it myself rather than charging a service fee. He provided his direct number so we could call him if we ran into issues fixing it ourselves. Luckiky, the repair cost me less than $2 out of pocket but with his customer service, I will gladly pay the service fee any time in the future.
